Words Trip Like Untied Shoelaces

You know how you get that feeling, where you just want to lace up your shoes and walk around the neighborhood to a upbeat song with your friends?  ...No?  Just Me?  Well, The Submarines’ latest track “Shoelaces” will make you do just that, okay maybe not, but at least bob your head or sing along in your room.

The Los Angeles indie pop band has been featured in Apple’s iPhone commercials and a good amount of television shows; they’re kind of a big deal.  Also, Blake Hazard, who sings alongside her male counterpart John Dragonetti, is the great-grandaughter of the F. Scott Fitzgerald, which is a huge deal on its own.
