You’ve Already Run Me Dry

My cousin, who’s an avid BBC Radio listener, introduced me to American soul group, Fitz & the Tantrums, a few weeks back.  The group, founded by Michael Fitzpatrick, signed with indie record label Dangerbird in 2010 and have been gaining radio airplay ever since.  Their first full-length album, Pickin’ Up the Pieces, reached number two on the Billboard Heatseekers chart.  Also, Fitz & the Tantrums have been featured musical guests on Conan and Jimmy Kimmel Live, they’ve even had their music used in television shows like Criminal Minds and Desperate Housewives.

Critics have described their music as “soul-influenced indie pop,” which is definitely audible in their latest track “MoneyGrabber.”  Check it out below.
