I’m typically very hesitant when it comes to mash-ups, however today’s song comes from an 11 track CD featuring raps by Biggie Smalls, background music and chorus’ by the XX. The DJ’s stage name is Wait What and he lives in San Francisco where he produced his debut CD The Notorious XX in a small apartment, which he originally intended on creating for his friends to enjoy. 10 days after The Notorious XX’s release it reached the top of The Hype Machine and took off throughout the world.
