‘Cause You’re Over The Atlantic Baby

I had been staring at the white blank screen on my computer, watching the cursor blink for about ten minutes, while I tried to pull a song from thin air.  After glancing to my left I realized that I hadn’t even thought about using my “Songs to Post About” sheet, hanging above my desk (I constantly forget about it being there).

After looking through the substantial list of artists and their songs, I decided on Ladyhawke.  She’s a singer/songwriter from New Zealand, who plays multiple instruments and has been compared to artists like, Peaches and Pat Benatar, which I must say are pretty accurate, although I feel Ladyhawke has a certain uniqueness to her music.
